ANDREA

Clinical

Coordinator

Andrea is still as passionate about dentistry today as she was when she started over 30 years ago.

Over her career, Andrea has undertaken specialist nursing training in a number of areas—including oral surgery, orthodontics, prosthodontics, special needs and oral medicine.

Andrea’s experience spans the private practice and the public sector; including the Defence Force, the Royal Dental Hospital,  School Dental special needs unit, and at the Monash Medical Centre, where she was the Senior Clinical Coordinator.

Andrea has been with Verve dental for over four years. She feels privileged to share the journey with our patients as they discover their newfound confidence.

Outside of work, Andrea’s interests lie in integrated medicine, nutrition, fitness, reading, numerous crafts, traveling; as well as spending time with her husband, two sons, pets, extended family and friends.

Andrea believes that your dental health is an integral part of your overall health, and that your smile is the most beautiful accessory you will ever wear.

NANCY

Dental Hygienist

Therapist

Glennis completed her Bachelor of Arts degree while working for the Department of Transport.

After raising two children, Glennis returned to the workforce as a kindergarten assistant for many years before changing careers to her current role as a dental receptionist.

Glennis loves helping our patients feel relaxed and at ease, and is always on hand to accommodate  scheduling appointment times, or anything else that may be helpful when attending the dentist.

Glennis also enjoys sewing, collecting wood, and walking her two puppies in the warmer weather.

Nancy graduated from the University of Melbourne as an Oral Health Therapist, comprising a double degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.

In her final year, prior to joining Verve Dental, she engaged in placements at a variety of metropolitan and rural dental practices.

Nancy is passionate about helping people look after their teeth and gums, commenting “The most rewarding aspect of dentistry is hearing people’s feedback on the improvements they experience with their teeth and gums, as dental disease is largely preventable”.

Nancy is also passionate about looking after children’s teeth, and believes in creating comfortable, happy and fun experiences for children to make going to the dentist an enjoyable event.

In her spare time, Nancy likes to keep fit by swimming, and she enjoys a bit of travelling and fine dining.
