Dr Kamal has been practising as a dentist in Melbourne since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1989.
His enthusiasm and passion for dentistry has seen him complete many hours of postgraduate education. He is also a founding member of the Melbourne Seattle Study Club which is a group of dentist worldwide that are passionate about dental care for their patients.
When he is not busy attending to his practice and the care of this patients, he enjoys cooking; especially Spanish and Italian food, organising huge lavish Sunday lunches for his family and friends. His ultimate dream is to rent a villa in Tuscany while attending a Tuscan cooking school. His passion for the Mediterranean extends also to his love of unique furniture. if his wife would allow it; he would gladly fill his home with Moroccan and Persian pieces.

He also collects malt whiskey, plays golf with his two sons (hoping that one day for the three of them to make it to Augusta to watch the U.S masters).
