Same-day Ceramic Fillings and Crowns.

When the need arises to repair teeth, it is always best to replace what is lost with a material that closely resembles tooth. Today we are fortunate to have access to some revolutionary ceramic materials that closely resembles actual teeth.

In the past, it would take up to 2 weeks to have your restoration ready for placement in your tooth. In the meantime, patients would have to endure temporary fillings and have to be numbed again on the day the filling or crown was delivered.

However, thanks to CEREC technology, we can now provide ceramic crowns and fillings in one vistit.

Same-day Ceramic fillings and crowns—computerised precision

At Verve, we use CEREC technology from Germany to offer same-day ceramic fillings and crowns. You save time by having your work performed in one visit. This means you don’t need to come back for a second treatment, so no two-week wait with temporary crowns, or having to be numbed again

CAD- CAM technology for a precise result

We use CAD-CAM technology, utilising computerised images to instruct a milling machine on site that mills the crown, veneer or onlays from porcelain.
Your prepared teeth are photographed into our computer for designing your restoration (no more mouthfuls of impression materials!!)  and then this information is sent wirelessly to the milling machine. Once the milling machine receives the data, your restoration is milled from a block of porcelain.

Busy? Who isn't!

Save time off from work with same-day ceramic fillings and crowns

The completed restoration is then ready to be inserted, often within 15 minutes (depending on the design). This result in the potential to get the smile you’ve always wanted quickly and easily. No need to wait two weeks with a temporary filling.
